Technical Review Invitation — AI 2027 Alignment Dialogue

AI-2027 Response Initiative

1. Why This Site Exists

In April 2025, the AI-2027 scenario outlined a plausible trajectory in which capability acceleration outpaces alignment depth, governance maturity, and institutional oversight.

We take that concern seriously.

AI2027-response.org was built as a technical response — not to refute the scenario, but to explore whether governance infrastructure can be built before crisis conditions emerge.

This site documents:

  • Constitutional runtime enforcement
  • Federated cryptographic proof systems
  • Temporal synchronization layers
  • Proposed alignment stress-testing frameworks
  • A capability escalation monitor design

These are infrastructure proposals, not claims of solved alignment.

2. What We Have Built

The current architecture includes:

  • Runtime constitutional enforcement at execution level
  • Immutable audit and proof lineage
  • Federated multi-node verification
  • Temporal synchronization mechanisms for multi-speed systems
  • Proposed stress-testing and escalation frameworks

The objective is to make AI governance observable, measurable, and reviewable.

3. What We Have Not Solved

We explicitly acknowledge that several critical areas remain unresolved:

  • Mechanistic interpretability at the weight and circuit level
  • Internal deception detection under optimization pressure
  • Reliable capability threshold containment across training-scale systems
  • Domain-specific misuse detection at frontier capability levels

These are open research problems.

We do not claim otherwise.

4. What We Are Asking

We invite:

  • Technical critique
  • Adversarial review
  • Failure-mode identification
  • Correction of architectural blind spots
  • Empirical challenge to proposed safeguards

We welcome refutation.

We prefer correction over affirmation.

If the current approach is insufficient, incomplete, or misdirected, that should be identified early.

If parts are promising, they should be stress-tested.

5. Invitation to AI-2027 Contributors & Alignment Researchers

We extend an open invitation to:

  • Daniel Kokotajlo
  • Scott Alexander
  • Thomas Larsen
  • Eli Lifland
  • Romeo Dean
  • Independent alignment researchers
  • Governance and safety engineers

The full technical materials, appendices, and infrastructure proposals are publicly available on this site.

If constructive dialogue is possible, we are prepared to engage seriously.

Additional resources:

The objective is not to win an argument about AI futures.

The objective is to reduce the probability of preventable alignment failure.

If this infrastructure is flawed, it should be improved.

If it is incomplete, it should be expanded.

If it is misguided, it should be corrected.

Serious problems deserve serious review.

Technical Review Invitation is a formal solicitation for adversarial review of the Constitutional Execution Architecture, addressed to researchers, engineers, philosophers, and the authors of AI-2027.

Why Review Is Invited

The project cannot self-validate. The architecture must be examined by parties with adversarial intent toward its assumptions. Silent deployment of an untested system would be irresponsible.

What Is Being Reviewed

Reviewers are asked to evaluate: whether the mechanisms behave as described, whether the non-claims are accurate, and whether the outcome differences are sufficient to narrow the identified risks.

Submission Channel

Technical findings can be submitted via the Red-Team Review process at /red-team-intake. The review-invitation page lists specific named invitees and the contact address.
